Located in the heart of downtown Boothbay Harbor, the Fisherman’s Wharf Inn has been a Maine summer tradition since 1946. We offer 54 guest rooms with harbor views, casual waterfront pub dining, and a central location convenient to all the harbor’s shopping, dining and excursions.
The 2 queen bed rooms are slightly smaller than our 2 queen partial harbor view rooms with a more limited view of the harbor.
These large guest rooms sit over the water with private balconies and have beautiful panoramic views of the entire harbor. Units are on the second and third floors of the inn. Room 347 pictured here.
Room 341 is our northeast third floor corner unit and boasts some of the best views on property. Both rooms feature fully upgraded bathrooms with walk in showers and grab bars. Similar to our King Full Harbor Staterooms, these rooms feature added “extra” touches that make them particularly popular with guests.
These oversized guest rooms feature two queen beds and a 55″ HD flat-screen television. From your large private balconies you can enjoy unobstructed views of the harbor. These units are situated in our main building, perched out over the water. Units are located on the first and second floor and include refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker.
Our second most popular room on a Southeast corner features two queens beds in a separate bedroom, fully upgraded bathroom with walk in shower with grab bars and a double vanity sink. This room features a large wraparound sitting area with a pull out couch and ample space for entertaining. The large windows and wrap-around patio make this room a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the unobstructed natural beauty of the harbor. The view overlooks the town dock to the outer harbor. Unit is located on the second floor.
Our most popular room, the Harbor Master Suite is located on the second floor, Southeast corner of our building and features a king bed, pull out sofa, fully upgraded bathroom with walk in shower and an additional sitting room. While all of our views are great, many call this two-room suite’s views “the best in the harbor.” The massive wraparound balcony patio and privacy of this end unit make it a special place to spend a vacation.

This unique room with two queen beds is the entire top level of our three-unit Boat House. It features wood laminate floors and one of the largest private decks on property. At over 500 square feet, it’s also one of our largest rooms. If you enjoy the boating in Boothbay, you’ll enjoy the view of the whale watching ships coming and going throughout the day just outside your deck. There are stairs required to access this unit. This room is pet-friendly. Rollaways NOT permitted.
